Accounts Clerk / Bookkeeper


• Responsible for day-to-day accounting activity and control
• Handle full set accounts independently
• Perform all rounded accounting processes such as billings, payments, book-keeping data entry, vouchers, filing, bank reconciliation and payroll etc
• Prepare monthly statement, budgeting, forecasting, financial reports
• Liaise with auditors for tax filing matters
• Develop a proper system to ensure the smooth operation
• Assist in ad hoc assignment as required


• Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of accounting & admin experience in trading, buying office or manufacturing
• Mature, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Hands-on attitude, work Independently, honest & hardworking, willing to handle assignments at operational level
• Good PC skills including Excel & word processing
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong/PRC accounting standards & taxation.
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk
